The general election was held on November 4th, 2008 .
The 3 Districts that were up for election were retained by the previous Supervisors unopposed.
These districts included:
District 1 -- Beseman, Corona, Red Clover, Lakeview, Eagle, and the West Half of Progress townships won by Barbara Dahl.
District 4 -- Automba, Kalevala, Skelton, Split Rock, Silver and Moose Lake townships won by Carol Hauck
(On June 8, 2009 The Board of Supervisors appointed Kim Samuelson to fulfill the District 4 vacancy seat left by the untimely death of Ms. Hauck. Ms. Hauck was a remarkable Supervisor and will be deeply missed.)
District 5 -- Blackhoof, Wrenshall, Barnum, Clear Creek and Holyoke townships won by Mark Thell
